Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or email.
  • Technical issues that prevent service usage may qualify for pro-rated refunds.
  • Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods after the 7-day window.
  • Annual subscription refunds are calculated based on unused months.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear.
  • Bank transfers and UPI refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

How to Request a Refund

  • Step 1: Log in to your Codemurf account.
  • Step 2: Navigate to Settings > Billing > Request Refund, or
  • Step 3: Email us at codemurf0@gmail.com with your account details.
  • Step 4: Include your registered email and reason for refund request.
  • Step 5: Wait for confirmation email with refund status.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Subscriptions older than 7 days (except for documented technical issues).
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of Terms of Service.
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless specified otherwise).
  • Unused credits or features that expire based on plan terms.
  • Third-party integration costs or add-on services.

Subscription Changes

  • You can upgrade your plan at any time; the new price takes effect immediately.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Upgrade charges are prorated based on remaining time in current period.
  • Plan changes can be made through your account dashboard.
  • Contact support if you need assistance with plan changes.

Special Circumstances

  • Extended outages (24+ hours) may qualify for service credits.
  • Unauthorized charges will be fully refunded upon verification.
  • Duplicate charges are automatically refunded within 48 hours.
  • For billing disputes, contact us before initiating a chargeback.
  • We work to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.
